Meat and vegetable dumplings

The most popular dish in the national Slavic cuisine is dumplings. So that is why Russian would be missed it first or last here in Thailand. We manually knead the dough, make minced meat and add a pinch of spices and a scented onion. With the warmth of caring hands and the love for cuisine traditions, we produce homemade dumplings. The filling for our dumplings is different: beef and pork, chicken. In addition, we have vegetable filling for those who is not eating any meat: dumplings with mushed potato with fried onion.
